Mmmmm. This was definitely a close one. It was on the list, to begin with, but got pushed out as I found other vids. While I felt it started out with a narrative -- introducing two enemies/allies, showing their daily lives, a little bit about them, them working together -- after the first minute or so, it was mainly just fighting and effects for me. I spotted the villain after a while, but it took more than one viewing.
It was in though (originally), not for the narrative, or any other category rather than "effects". There were lots and lots of 'em, and... it was an example of something I felt worked a whole hell of a lot better, or something we'd have been more accepting of, in anime, than live action.
