Management has nothing over teaching a class of middle schoolers. I have had this conversation more than once:

"I don't understand what to do!"
"Did you read the directions?"
"Yes!"
"What do the directions say?"
"Well...it says to match up read the passage and answer the questions."
"So what do you think you should do?"
"I don't know!"
