Well, a long time ago when I first started in this fandom, everyone told me that she had no internet access. Everyone from the person who ran the Anne Rice fanclub to the guy who ran the Garden District bookshop who was the one who could get an autograph from her on any book of our choice. This what I was lead to believe. Now, suddenly someone pointed me to that Amazon review a couple of weeks ago and we've been sitting around wondering if it's legit. It sounds like her but she made a remark to send back the book if we didn't like it to her First Street residence. She no longer lives in First Street. The house is on the market since April and I believe she announced she was moving to an undisclosed location sometime in February.
I didn't know the email was the same as the webmaster of her site. I guess it'd make sense than. The webmaster is actually family or a really close friend. I guess that would be where she gets her internet access.
I wrote an email answer to her after I read it a few weeks ago. I was going to send it to her but will wait until I'm using a free computer at Starbucks with a newly created yahoo account. Getting sued is not worth it but satisfaction is awfully good temptation.
