Hugs! Big hugs -- I am avoiding the dentist because my hygeinist changed and I don't like the new ones (I'd been to this one wherever she moved, she was that good), so I sympathize with your avoidance. How awful.
And a piece of advice -- after any kind of extraction, avoid sucking on anything, especially with a straw. Don't do anything that could loosen the clot, and sucking will do that and result in incredible pain. Don't add to the pain. Pain is bad. Hugs!
