Philcon was Worldcon? (I ask, cause there's also clearly a PhilCon, and it's upcoming still for 2004). I can't figure out the website system for WorldCon... this years was www.noreascon.org, but how do you know what it is for next year? for previous years? Where's the site that ties it all together!!! It looks like Glasgow, then California, and then... Japan. Now *there's* one I sadly won't be attending.
