What I did get from it was a fairly intense Dean, whose entire world is Sam, and how determined he is to hang on to Sam no matter what.

In terms of being show-context-free, that's pretty much exactly the feeling I was going for (context-wise, there's the additional knowledge that his father told him he might have to kill his brother and he spends all season fighting that and realizing that it's impossible for him to make that choice, but that's incidental to the emotions of the vid, just background as to why Dean is so desperate and intense).
That was helped a lot by what butterfly did with effects -- she did some very cool things with layers and overlays/masks here, giving the impression that Dean is thinking about Sam all the time -- really nicely done.
Thank you! This was the most effects-laden vid that I've made (so far) and I'm thrilled that all the effects worked for you (because the vid just felt wrong to me when made in a simpler style).
