Kikala makes DVD labels all the time, so I asked her about it, and she said:
Teeny, sweetie, I use something called Sure Thing. I ended up getting an upgrade. I don't know how flexible it is, I can't get it to make plain backgrounds - but I'm working on that. I do drag lots of pictures.
