See, I think you've done a really great job -- even of the negative crit, because you said why things didn't work, and how it hit you. I know that many people do say they want the negative if that's all there is, and then throw hyssie fits, but there really are a few of us out there (a few only, I admit) who do wnat to hear if things didn't work as well.
I don't know if you want to know this, and I'm in no way trying to change your mind, but re: Beautiful Reward, I chose the torture for valley floor because he dies right after that, essentially. With the eps that aired, there wasn't a hell of a lot to do for someone hitting that kind of... I don't know, almost biblical interpretation of walking from the mountain to the valley floor, and death seemed to be a pretty logical thing. Since that was the last vid I made on VCRs, there wasn't a way to, like, dissolve in the shot of him dead with the torture, so it was just torture. It's a vid I kind of fantasize about recutting, but I don't think I will just because so many copies are out there. I'd like to fix that part, and the flying high over grey fields part, as well, because I was having some severe machine troubles then. I probably wouldn't change the Inara part, because I actually wanted that composition -- of her being mixed up with the monetary reward, etc. But I'd sure like to change some of the other stuff.
So, for me, these comments were most illuminating, and neg or pos, I learn something and really appreciate you taking the time to post them.
